with UN demand for it to free Aung San Suu Kyi and other political prisoners in Burma at the end of August 2007.Though the Article 96 of the Charter of United Nations allow United Nations Agencies to request the International Court of Justice to give an advisory opinion on any legal questions,Russia and China can defend Burma from the actions against Burma from United Nations Security Council and United Nations Agencies.In other words,I think that US will absolutely face the vetos and oppositions from Russia and China if US try it again in the Security Council and from United Nations Agencies.Now,the United Nations Security Council or the United Nations is totally useless for protecting human rights from being violated in Burma and around the world.Next,it seems reasonable to assume that Russia and China has disabled United Nations and United States of America
from taking UN action against the abuses of human rights in Burma at the Security Council by using their vetos at the Security Council.At this point,I suggest that US should end diplomacy at the UN Security Council and the United Nations if/after UN fail to take action against Burma.Therefore,I request that US Senators,US Congressmen and Congresswomen,sponsor the resolution that demand that US use military force to end the abuses of human rights in Burma at the US Congress and the US Senate after the end of diplomacy at the United Nations.And I request that Mr.President stand up for the use of force against Burma.Next,I also request that US use military force to end Iran’s Nuclear Program and Terrorism.
